UPDATE: As of June 1st, 2020, In-Home Sessions will resume after a pause since March 2020. These sessions will operate under a modified schedule until Covid-19 is no longer a threat for your family or our team.
What We Are Doing To Keep You And Us Safe
-Only one organizer will work onsite. Multi-staff sessions are temporarily paused.
-Your organizer will arrive in a mask, gloves, and shoe covers.
-Sessions will be limited to 3 hours only. No double-sessions may be booked at this time.
What Your Session Will Look Like
If you want to work with your Organizer, you will be required to wear a mask. If you prefer not to work with the organizer, you should stay in another room.
Your Organizer will be sanitizing all surfaces they touch, even though we will be wearing gloves. If you prefer not to have sanitizer used in your home, please let us now.
We typically take donations to the local shelters and emergency relief centers, but they are not accepting at this time. For now, all donations are taken to Goodwill.
If you or another member of your household are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, you are encouraged to reschedule. You will not be charged a fee.
By scheduling an in-home session, you are inviting a member of our team into your home willingly. Although masks, gloves, and shoe covers will be worn, the CDC has confirmed that these items of PPE will not 100% protect from Covid-19 transmission. By inviting our team into your home, you are aware that there is always a possibility of exposure, even if symptoms of the virus are not present or visible. We are not responsible for transmission of Covid-19, and cannot be held accountable if the virus symptoms occur after your appointment.
When scheduling your appointment, you will be required to acknowledge these terms, as well as answer a short questionnaire concerning your health and recent travels. We are committed to the safety of you, your family, our team, and our team’s families.
We understand that our work is very-much needed, especially at this time, but we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any situation that seems unsafe for any party.
